On the 5th of July earlier this year I announced my quest to get my monster rank under -200 by new year. As it is right now, my monster is at -123 and therefore way off what it should be right now. So seeing as I've failed spectacularly I've decided to up the ante a few notches.

I want to go sub-8 at the Nürburgring in the BRM.

Woah, easy! Have a seat, deep breaths....how many fingers am I holding up? Good, now bear with me.

I am of course well aware that this will be no easy task. I'm just under six seconds away from sub-8 in the Eagle and Ferrari, so doing it in the BRM will take an immense effort. During this quest I will most definately reach the big 7:59 (or under :D) in one of the other cars, but my main objective is to do it in the Beast from Bourne.

My other new year's resolution is to keep this blog more up to date. Most of my reports come out several weeks after the races are finished. That's just not good enough is it? :D
